But the experience doesn’t end there. You can also book a food tour to explore nearby truffle markets, including the famous annual truffle market in Alba, where the finest truffles are showcased.

With years of experience teaching cooking classes for groups as large as 500, Marc is now taking a more relaxed approach. The most important part of any cooking class is to have fun and enjoy great food, and at Spore Piedmontese, we make sure that happens—with a glass of wine in hand. Sometimes, we even add the wine to the dishes! We work with local, seasonal ingredients, and at the end of the workshop, we gather around a beautifully set table to savor what we've created together.
