Esther

With years of experience in the hospitality industry and as co-owner of the culinary business, Esther is the indispensable driving force behind its success.

As an expert in travel and planning, she ensures that every detail is flawlessly executed. With her artistic talent, she shares her passion for sculpting and invites guests to explore their creativity in inspiring pottery workshops.

​

Together with her partner Marc and their son Tim, who lives in Japan, Esther is the co-founder and visionary behind Oishii Bun, the award-winning Japanese-style “ufo bun.”

 

In her youth, she was a dedicated synchronized swimmer competing at a professional level, so it’s no surprise that she loves starting her mornings with a refreshing swim in Lago di Viverone.

 

With her passion and dedication, Esther creates unforgettable experiences for her guests, focusing on personal attention and unique moments.

Marc

Marc spent years perfecting his craft as a chef in some of the world’s most renowned restaurants, including kitchens awarded up to three Michelin stars. Over the course of his illustrious career, he earned a Bib Gourmand and competed in prestigious culinary competitions.

 

He also worked as a sommelier aboard the RMS Queen Mary 2 during its two-year maiden voyage, managing the largest wine list at sea.

 

Today, Marc and his partner Esther run a global culinary business, delivering extraordinary dining experiences to an exclusive clientele. Among his customers are international celebrities such as Lionel Richie, members of royal families, and influential captains of industry from the world’s leading companies.

In Piemonte, the place he calls home, Marc offers a one-of-a-kind experience: dining at his private table, hearing him share his passion for wine and local ingredients, and savoring an exceptionally refined culinary journey.
